ZTM Series Tower Mill
The TM series tower mill for metal ores, independently designed and developed by Zhonggang Tianyuan, can be widely applied to the ultra-fine grinding of various ores and solid particles, including gold, silver, copper, nickel, manganese, iron, zinc, and lead ores. The equipment features a rational overall and component structure, occupies minimal space, operates smoothly, generates low noise, boasts a long service life, and delivers substantial economic benefits. Its grinding performance reaches a domestically advanced level.
Applicable Scope:
It is widely used in the fine grinding and regrinding operations of metal ores (such as gold, iron, copper, lead-zinc ores) and non-metal ores (such as graphite, kaolin, talc, barite, fluorite), as well as mine tailings, creating favorable conditions for subsequent beneficiation and processing stages.
Distinctive Advantages:
High fine grinding efficiency:
Compared to traditional ball mills, the tower mill achieves more efficient ultra-fine grinding (down to micron or even nanometer levels) through high-speed stirring and the intensive collision of grinding media.
Low energy consumption:
The energy consumption per unit product is 30-40% lower than that of a ball mill, making it particularly suitable for fine grinding operations.
The product has uniform particle size
During the grinding process, the material is fully contacted with the media, resulting in a narrow particle size distribution and excellent quality stability.
The equipment occupies a small footprint:
Vertical structural design, compact footprint, and space-saving for factory layout.
Main Technical Parameters

Note 1: The processing capacity is calculated based on the new feed particle size of -200 mesh accounting for 60% -80%, and the product particle size of -400 mesh accounting for 80-95%
Note 2: Processing capacity is related to material characteristics and grinding particle size range
Note 3: The technical parameters of the above products are for reference only. Models and technical parameters not listed shall be executed according to the agreement between the supply and demand parties
