CT Series Permanent Magnetic Drum Separator

 
   

      CT Series permanent magnetic drum separators, are wet separators with higher magnetic intensity and highly efficient separators for separating strongly magnetic minerals to date. According to customer’s requirements, semi-countercurrent, countercurrent, concurrent trough bodies can be designed and to form a complete set with two drums or three drums. The magnetic induction intensity can be strengthened based on customer’s requirement. When used for discarding qualified tailings by single-stage primary separation, the recovery can be raised and the load of two-stage grinding reduced. When they are used in concentration, the grade and recovery of concentrate can be raised, and when used before high intensity magnetic separation, the iron magnetic minerals in feed can be removed to prevent the blockage of magnetic materials. They can also be used for the recovery of heavy-media in coal cleaning plants. The production practice has proved that CT series products possess the advantages of stable, reliable and convenient operation, excellent separation efficiency and economic benefits.
